One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I came to Dragonfly with two specific problems: a suspected A/C leak and an exhaust leak. They found the A/C leak, then quoted an absurd price and said they needed the car for a week just to replace one line. They failed to diagnose the exhaust leak at all. Instead, they suggested spending around $3,000 to start taking things apart in hopes of maybe finding the cause. What they did find time for was a full vehicle inspection I never asked for, followed by a long list of additional recommended repairs and an offer to keep the car for another week. Even worse, I dropped the car off with no warning lights on the dashboard and got it back lit up like a Christmas tree. I took it to another shop. They found the actual problem with exhaust, fixed everything in one day, gave me a warranty, and charged less than one-third of what Dragonfly was quoting. Dragonfly had no problem charging me for their work, despite failing to solve the main issue and returning the car in worse condition than I brought it in. When my car suddenly stopped turning on, they were super quick to assist. Within the same day I was able to drop off my car, have them fix the issue, and drive home with no issues! They are conveniently located next to the depot so it was perfect walking distance to get back to work. They were professional, kind, and attentive when repairing the car and letting me know what happened. Extra bonus points for a military discount!

Great customer service and honest work. My 2013 Prius was giving me some warning signs of a leaking head gasket. ( common for this gen Prius apparently) Dragonfly Automotive was able to do a detailed diagnostic and confirm my suspicions. They never gave me any run around, and were honest about what they found and what my options were, given the mileage and condition of the engine. Having found an auto shop that isn't going to pressure me into parts & labor that my car doesn't need - is HUGE! Much appreciation to Dragonfly Auto. We will be back.

I had such an amazing experience here, and not just because of their work. When I arrived, a homeless person was following me and I felt really uncomfortable. The staff immediately noticed and stepped in to help. They made sure I was safe and even walked me to my car. That level of kindness and awareness meant so much to me. If they’re willing to go out of their way like that to help someone they don’t even know, it tells you a lot about the kind of people they are. It made me feel like I could completely trust them with my car and my money. Truly great people and great service. Highly recommend! ⭐️🚗

Enjoyed the experience! I did the oil change, and the price was well below what other shops charge. They also did a complementary comprehensive check on my vehicle and sent me a digital report. And they did not try to sell me any of the fixes that were shown on the report. Luis, at the front desk, was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. And the waiting room had a tv, comfy seats and complimentary beverages. Definitely recommend!!!
